FAX BROADCASTING: Fax Broadcasting is the another innovative way to reach the potential patient. However, it may not work well in your area. We can help decide if this form of marketing is right for you by a few easy steps... We gather all zip codes possible from you. Search your phone book for all zip codes that you would like to reach. We then insert those zip codes into our database to see how many fax numbers apply to your area. After that we report the findings back to you and you decide when to pursue the broadcast. After deciding to send a broadcast fax, we discuss pricing with you (each price will vary depending on how many fax numbers were found in your area). Upon pricing, we obtain all necessary information from you, such as contact information, audience, and a special offer you wish to put on your fax. Dr. Kammer recommends providing an offer or special gift to patients who obtain your fax..and who will eventually enter your offices for a consult. At this time we obtain fees due, design faxes and rent lists. We will work with you until the ideal fax design is agreed upon.
