EMAIL MARKETING: Email marketing is the most innovative way to reach the potential patient. However, it may not work well in your area. We can help decide if this form of marketing is right for you by a few easy steps... We gather all zip codes possible from you. Get out your phone book and look up all of the zip codes that you would like to reach. We then insert those zip codes into our database to see how many email addresses are available in your area. After that we report the findings back to you so you can make a decision on whether to pursue the email campaign or not. If you decide to pursue -- we go onto the next step. After deciding to send a mass email campaign, we discuss pricing with you (each price will vary depending on how many email addresses were found in your area). Upon pricing, we obtain all necessary information from you, such as contact information, audience, and the message you want to send. Dr. Kammer recommends putting an offer or special gift to patients who obtain your email...and who will eventually enter your offices for a consult. At this time we obtain fees, design emails and rent lists. We will work with you until the ideal email campaign is agreed upon.
